- Fredericksburg | University of Mary Washington, University Center, Chandler Ballroom @ 10am.
- Wytheville | Wytheville Community College, Grayson Hall, Snyder Auditorium @ 10am
- Chesapeake | Tidewater Community College, Chesapeake Campus, Student Center Multipurpose room @ 12pm.
- Richmond | General Assembly Building, House Room @ 12pm.
